Chicago always has something going on. Festivals, Shows, Tours, the list goes on.

"We always do the same thing"

Start with the basics. Do what

everyone else does first. Get it out of the way, Then do the stuff no one else sees online.

"We never know where to start"

Yes! 100%. Even though you've seen it, doesn't mean you've experienced it. Add it to your list.

"Is it worth even trying?"

I live about 45 minutes outside the city. I'm going to honest, I sometimes make the trips just to drive through. The traffic isn't like it is in NY or LA, the river running through is beautiful. The different architecture you see in the buildings is so unique. Each building, old and new, has had a different designer. Some of these buildings withstood the Chicago Fire, and the rest were built after. You can see history in these buildings alone.

Michigan Ave

Michigan Ave. AKA Magnificent Mile,

is the most popular street in the city.

You can start from one end to the other and see the sights, eat great food, and shop.

You can even catch a river tour while you're on it. (I'll explain how a little later)

The city does such a great job decorating this street every season. (I'll add in a few pictures from each season down below so you can see what I mean.)
